Ruhlman’s Brioche

Saturday morning breakfast served. Apparently, I am at least as competent at making brioche as Michael Ruhlman's 11-year old daughter.??

    Thanks Bruce! There are plenty of comments to Ruhlman's post saying that it can't be done this easily. One cannot know before one tries it, that's what I was thinking. The texture was very close to some of the best I've ever had, esp. given the effort.??<div> <br></div><div>I did have to get up in the middle of the night to deflate &amp; shape, but those are sacrifices I'm more than willing to make for the smell of baked goods in the kitchen on a Saturday morning.<br><br></div>
